Omid Scobie called Kate Middleton lazy, but she is one of the hardest-working people who exist. Royal expert Richard Eden explains that she is bringing up a future King, which he says is a “full-time job.”
Kate has three children. Princess Charlotte, and Princes George, and Louis. The Princess of Wales devotes her time to participating in her royal duties and supporting King Charles and the royal family.
Kate Middleton is Involved in Children’s Charities
Kate is involved in a few charities close to her heart, especially those that support children and education. Many of Kate’s choices resemble Princess Diana’s charities; she loves every child and wants to help them have the best lives possible.
Willaim and Kate want to focus on only a small number of charities but be more involved in those charities, which means that they will not be doing as many public engagements as King Charles and Queen Camilla.
William and Kate’s primary goal is to bring up three happy, healthy, well-adjusted children who can be comfortable with their positions in the royal family, but it’s about balance.
The other side of the coin is that when Harry and Meghan left the royal family, the Prince and Princess of Wales had to step up and take over their abandoned duties.
Kate also loves spending time with her children and raising them to be proper royals. She is trying to use a balance of teaching them to play by the rules but still allowing them to be their person.
For example, when the Queen was alive, her children had to stop eating when the Queen did. It was just how things were done in the royal family.
Queen Elizabeth permitted William and Kate to prioritize raising their children above royal duties. That doesn’t make Kate a royal slouch.
Prince George Will One Day Be King
Kate Middleton has spoken often about how difficult it is to raise a child these days. She explained to People magazine earlier this year,
“The relationships in a family or that surrounding a child is so important. The environment in which you bring up a child is as important as the experiences you engage them with. It’s not about the number of toys they’ve got or the number of trips you go on with them. It’s just making sure they’ve got the right emotional support around them that comes from the adults in their lives.”
People need to remember that Kate is raising Prince George so that he can grow up and be King. He was third in line to the British throne at Prince George’s birth. First was Queen Elizabeth, then King Charles, and then his father, Prince William, was next in line.
Prince George is aware that he will one day be King. The Prince and Princess of Wales informed a seven-year-old Prince George that he would one day take the throne. There is a lot of preparation that comes with that privilege.
In all other areas, he’s just like any other ten-year-old boy. He’s artistic, loves animals, likes helicopters, and was extremely close with his grandmother. It just so happens that his grandmother was the Queen of England.
