‘Love Island’ spoilers find that star and former Miss Great Britain Zara Holland has been arrested for trying to avoid quarantining in Barbados with her Covid-19 infected boyfriend.
The British reality television show was arrested as she and her boyfriend Elliot Love “tried to flee” Barbados after Elliot had tested positive for the virus. They tried to board a plane home to avoid being admitted to a quarantine facility.

The couple, who had planned to celebrate New Year on the paradise isle, were held on suspicion of flouting strict coronavirus regulations. According to reports, Zara and Elliott were swabbed when they arrived in Barbados on Sunday afternoon and ordered to isolate in their hotel room to await the results.
When Elliott’s test came back positive on Tuesday, the pair were given red identity wristbands and told they would be taken to the island’s Paragon Military Base, which has been turned into a coronavirus quarantine center. But that’s when they decided to take off the wristbands and make a run for it to get back home as quickly as possible.
However, a member of staff at their hotel reportedly found the cut off wrist bands and called police. Island chief medical officer Dr. Kenneth George told reporters, “There are three tourists who are of special interest. Two are in quarantine and one in police custody. Two were apprehended at the airport. This is a police matter and I trust that the appropriate evidence will be submitted.”
Zara’s also claim to fame was being stripped from her Miss Great Britain crown after Love Island aired footage of her performing oral sex under the covers on a fellow contestant. She now runs a fashion boutique with her mother.
