Love Island News finds that fans will still be disappointed that there will no new summer series this year, after it was revealed on Monday afternoon that the show will not be taking place again until 2021. The decision came as little shock to most as many feared that the biggest reality show on British television was likely to be cancelled due to the coronavirus.
While that news may have come as no shock, there was a shocking piece of news reported by the Daily Star on Tuesday as they revealed that a One Direction star has slid into the DMs of a past Love Island contestant. The British paper reported that Niall Horan has been messaging Arabella Chi over the past couple of week.
Love Island News: Cheeky One Direction Star Messages Arabella
Niall reportedly messaged the Love Island beauty just a week after she had broken off things with fellow Love Island star Wes Nelson. However, it has been reported by the publication that Arabella isn’t keen for things to go any further as she doesn’t wish to get involved with anyone else at this moment in time.
A source did reveal that Arabella was ‘flattered’ by his message, but the news that she isn’t looking for anything serious right now would come as a blow to the former One Direction star. The source revealed that she isn’t interested in taking things further since the breakup from Wes is still relatively fresh. However, it was also reported that the two stars are friendly as they used to live next to each other.
Love Island News: Both Stars Coming Out Of Big Relationships
It doesn’t seem that anything romantically will be happening between the stars, but the source did admit that Arabella would be keen to meet up with Niall once the lockdown has been lifted to have a catch up. Wes and Arabella split up just a number of weeks ago, while Niall has also recently come out of a big relationship of his own.
Niall was previously dating Hailee Steinfeld, but he revealed in an interview that he is a bad communicator while in relationships. A source also revealed that Wes and Arabella’s split may not last long as they may rekindle their relationship when the lockdown is lifted.
