The new rap song mocking President Joe Biden has skyrocketed to the very top of the iTunes charts, kicking Adele Laurie Blue Adkins from the number 1 spot. Surprisingly, even after being banned on Youtube and Instagram for “spreading harmful false information.”
‘Let’s Go Brandon’, was released last week by Bryson Gray and has been sitting at number one since Sunday. The 30-year-old rapper believes that his song shot to number one because of it’s ban on YouTube.
“If you read guidelines for social media sites now, the guidelines themselves are against conservatism. You literally can’t have a conservative opinion. Like I can’t say there are only two genders, or I can’t call somebody by what they are. I have to be delusional with them.”
‘Let’s Go Brandon’ Rapper Bryson Gray Kicks Adele Out Of The Number One Spot With Anti-Biden Song
“Cancel culture doesn’t work anymore. It only works on people who are scared … all it does is help me out. Thanks, YouTube!”
Speaking about his YouTube ban, Gray told The New York Post:
“If you’re going to ban people, you’ve got to remain consistent. There’s rap songs out there about killing people. On YouTube you can talk about murder, you can talk about sex, you can talk about whatever you want, but I can’t simply question the narrative or I’ll get banned. When did they start banning art?”
The song continues to catch fire and for those who don’t understand what ‘Let’s go Brandon’ means, during a NASCAR event, a reporter was in the middle of an interview when the crowd behind her started chanting, “F–k Joe Biden!”, however she believed they were saying, “Let’s Go Brandon”, in a congratulatory chant for the winner.
Now, the saying has become synonymous with “F–k Joe Biden.”
