Recently on the Kardashian’s hulu show, we watched as Kanye West went all the way out to LA and allegedly got the computer and the hard drive containing Kim Kardashian’s sex tape and got it all back for her, essentially allowing her to now control the narrative involving the tape and any subsequent production thereof… or so we thought.
However Ray J, the other participant in the tape said that this entire stunt was a lie. In an IG post by Hollywood Unlocked where they commended Kanye for going to bat for Kim and getting the tape back, Ray J actually commented and said, “All of this is a lie – smh – can’t let them do this anymore – so untrue.”

Let’s look into the validity of what Ray J’s saying for just a minute. Now, the tape has been in circulation for quite awhile, since 2003 and technology has changed and evolved since then.
There is a chance that all copies of the tape that exist now are not in fact from the original but rather from copies that are already circulating, so even if Kanye got the original hard drive anc computer back that this thing was filmed on, he can’t go and kick down everyone’s door who downloaded it back in the day. So there is a chance that there is still a copy, somewhere, on someone’s old 2004 computer, kicking around somewhere.
Yes, allegedly there is an unpublished portion that was out there in circulation and we think that may be what Kim was trying to keep out of sight of her kids, but the fact of the matter is that tape was made back in the early days of the internet and cyber security wasn’t what it is today.
Anybody remember the huge celebrity iCloud hack that happened a few years ago that caused some celebrity nudes to be leaked? There’s always the possibility of something like that having happened, people hack into computers all the time and sometimes they end up finding things that could be potentially damaging. We’re not saying Kanye’s a liar, but… there’s just a good possibility that this… isn’t exactly over for Kim. Stay tuned!!!
