Let’s rewind back to June of 2020, two women on social media claimed that he sexually assaulted them back in 2014 and 2015 at a hotel. One of the women named Kadija claimed that it happened at the Langham hotel in New York, and that he assaulted her around 2AM on May 15th.
Beiber however denies these claims, saying that while he was staying at the Langham Hotel that night, that he was at a Met Gala afterparty until 4AM, so therefore it would have been impossible for him to have been two places at once. He also said of Kadija that she is a “superfan” and often waits outside of his hotel rooms to get a glimpse of him.
Justin Beiber’s lawsuit to be kept out of the public eye
The initial accuser, another woman named Danielle, claimss that Beiber sexually assaulted her on March 9th, 2014 at a Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas. When the claims initially came out in 2014, both Beiber and his team claimed that they had the receipts to back up that everything was all false and that he never did those things.
Apparently, Justin’s ace in the hole in this case will be his ex, Selena Gomez. According to Selena’s team, they were staying at an airbnb while they both attended south by southwest in Austin, they also have proof that Justin was never at the hotel as a guest on March 9th or March 10th of that year.
Justin sued both women, accusing them of ruining his reputation by perpetuating false claims of him sexually assaulting them. Justin scored a small win because it looks like the lawsuit that he had against Danielle will be kept out of the public eye, they opted for mediation instead of it going through the public court system because Selena Gomez is now involved in the lawsuit as his alibi.
Kadija, however is not going away so quietly, Kadija’s attorney is currently fighting against Beiber’s lawsuit saying that her actions are protected by the first and fourteenth amendments. After the stunts he pulled on Selena, it’s amazing that she would still stand up for him in court. Perhaps Jelena isn’t so dead after all? Stay tuned!!!
