British Royal Family News find that Meghan Markle says that is was Kate Middleton who made her cry during one particular meeting they had before her wedding to Prince Harry, and not the other way around.
In her explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Duchess of Sussex revealed that she didn’t make her sister-in-law cry, and that the opposite had actually happened but the royal family never bothered to correct the inaccurate tabloid stories. Here’s what you need to know.
During the bombshell interview, Meghan cleared up the misconception about her alleged feud with the Duchess of Cambridge.
Among many of the shocking revelations that were made during their sit-down with Oprah, Meghan cleared the air about a story that was previously reported alleging that she made Kate Middleton cry ahead of her wedding over a disagreement about Princess Charlotte’s flower girl dress.

But, Meghan told Oprah that “the reverse happened” but stated that the beef between them was quickly squashed. “That was a turning point,” the 39-year-old said.
Meghan explained that a few days before the wedding, Middleton was upset about the flower girl dress that her daughter, Princess Charlotte, was meant to wear.
“It made me cry and it really hurt my feelings,” Markle explained. “And I thought in the context of everything else that was going on in those days leading to the wedding that it didn’t make sense to not be just doing whatever everyone else was doing, which was trying to be supportive.”
However, Meghan said that Kate Middleton was very quick to apologize for her actions.
“It was a really hard week of the wedding,” Meghan explained. “And she was upset about something, but she owned it, and she apologized. And she brought me flowers and a note, apologizing. And she did what I would do if I knew that I hurt someone, right, to just take accountability for it.”
During the two-hour special, Meghan also admitted that there were conversations and ‘concerns’ over how dark Archie’s skin color would be while she was still pregnant and that life behind closed doors at Buckingham Palace drove her to have thoughts of suicide.
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about Harry and Meghan’s interview with Oprah.
