Tana Mongeau sent out a now deleted tweet stating that anyone who sent her proof that they voted for Joe Biden would get free booty pics, with the hashtag #bootyforbiden. The thing is, in about 16 states, ballot selfies are llegal and could not only get the sender in trouble with the law, but Tana as well, because under American Law this would county as bribery because when you incentivize someone to actually go out and vote you are not supposed to tell them who to vote for. That would count as bribery!
Tana said that she’s going to post an apology video, because she didn’t know that that was illegal and of course she deleted the tweet stating that later. However she also said that her onlyfans was now really popping because she had received over 10,000 people who had sent her proof that they had voted for Biden.

To be fair, I’m not sure that a lot of the people that actually realize that this kind of thing is illegal. After all, civics is, to my knowledge, not a course taught in American high schools anymore and in Tana’s defense she dropped out. However, a simple google search could have brought her to the knowledge that taking ballot selfies and incentivizing people to vote for one candidate over the other is, indeed, illegal.
This one could have been caught by Tana’s team though and I feel kind of bad that no one, truly no one thought to educate the girl on this and now due to her own naivete she could wind up in jail, or at the very least with some hefty fines.
On her journey of accountability, maybe she should just educate herself on how actual American Government works, or you know maybe not tell people how to vote next time because while encouraging people to vote is a good thing, telling people who to vote for is still bad. Although it begs the question, if her hashtag had been TatasforTrump would she still have been called out? In this day and age… you wonder.
