We wish we were kidding with this headline, folks, but we aren’t. There is a pretty famous TikTokker by the name of Miranda Derrick whose family has not seen or heard from her since Jan. of 2021, however, she has been seen on social media since then, dancing on her own TikTok and at events organized by 7M films.
What does7M films stand for, you might ask? It stands for the 7 Mountain Mandate, and their entire teaching is based on a selective reading of the Bible verse Isaiah 2:2, this group of self-proclaimed ‘apostles’ plan to infiltrate ‘every sphere of life as we know it’.
Is A TikTokker Being Held Hostage By Christian Dance Cult?
What facet are 7M films focusing on? Specifically, in the entertainment industry, feel it is their job to rid those particular facets of the society of demons and witchcraft. Ahem.
7M films are run out of a church, but you wouldn’t know it because the company and church itself has no digital footprint, the company itself has no social media, but all of the dancers have social media accounts and their social media accounts are being managed by the management company itself, so they don’t post anything of their own accord, rather everything is very curated. They were on the Ellen show recently.
Derrick’s family held an Instagram live recently where they told about the issue where they were worried about her safety, however, Miranda Derrick has since responded to them saying that even though she once held a tiktok account with her sister that she got kicked out of the account when they were around 1M followers, and she stopped speaking to her family because they called the police on her black boyfriend-turned-husband, James Derrick AKA B-Dash, who is also a member of the 7M films dance team, and James backs up her claims by saying that her parents had something against him simply because he was a poor black man from Compton who had a son who managed to pull a stunningly beautiful white woman.
While we’re not going to deny that there is probably some messy family beef to be had with this family, the church that 7M films are involved with has been around since 1994 and it is not too clear on how they actually get all of the money they allegedly have. According to some people, the Shekinah Church is extremely secretive and you can only join by invite only.
Apparently, both Miranda and her sister Melanie Wilking were members at one point but Melanie got disinvited to church events when she had to go pick someone up at the airport and had to miss one church service. It is alleged that the church controls all of the members’ money and bank accounts, but that apparently cannot be verified… at least not yet. The pastor is named Robert Shin.
The family says that ever since Jan. of 2021 Miranda has cut contact with her family, they will go to her house and go to the church, and literally, no one will answer, but they see her online with this movement all the time involving her church.
So… who’s the real villain here? Is Miranda just the victim of her family’s own personal prejudice or is there a cult out there in California slowly trying to take over the media with dance moves? We’ll stay on top of this one. Stay tuned!!!
