Usually you celebrate an engagement with a wedding, but these two are doing it their way. Reality television star Heather Rae Young celebrated one year of engagement to her fiancé Tarek El Moussa in a sweet Instagram post that she shared with fans over the weekend. Here’s what you need to know.
Sharing a photo of the two of them together, the “Selling Sunset” star wrote, “One year ago today I made the best decision of my life by saying yes to spending forever with the most special man. I remember when he proposed… in that moment everything melted away and I was just staring at my forever person, fully in tears thinking how lucky I was that I got to spend the rest of my life with him.”

She added, “Thank you to the man who has put a smile on my face every single day. You have shown me what true love and family are all about. I fall more and more in love with you as I watch how amazing of a dad you are with the babies, how hard you work, and how you put family and your loved ones first in your life. You’re my best friend, my person, and my rock. Happy 1 year of being engaged baby! Cheers to a lifetime of You & Me.”
This comes only a week after Tarek lost his cool with his ex-wife Christina Haack on the set of their show, “Flip or Flop.” Apparently, he went on a verbal tirade directed towards his ex-wife and it wasn’t pretty. Tarek said that he “made” Christina, called her a washed-up loser and said that he enjoys watching her fail.
He also screamed, “Look at me, look at me, look at me. It’s called winning” and capped off his rant by screaming at her … “The world knows you’re crazy!”
