On November 16th, 2022, Kanye was scheduled to give a deposition in divorce court. However, the Yeezy creator decided that he would just as soon not show up to his appointed court date. As a result, some legal experts are now saying that Kim Kardashian West is now in a prime position to get full custody of all four of their children.
What Kanye did could be considered avoiding a deposition and/or litigation, which, a court of law would end up taking very seriously. As we all know, Kanye is no stranger to being int he news and seems to, at least in the past couple of years, made an entirely new career out of just being a contrarian and seeing how much trouble he can stir up.
Has Kanye West forfeited his parental rights already?
The social media posts that he has done about former wife Kim have probably really not helped him in the eyes of the law. While some see it as a man crying out because he feels his marriage is over, a lot of people’s sympathy for Kanye started running low years ago and has grown thinner with each post about how unfair life is to him.
There is also the fact of the matter that the judge may view him as an unstable parent because while he has two of his kids in a regular school,the other two children he has at his own school, Donda Academy, which has come under fire recently for perhaps not being a legitimate school and having what appears to be cult vibes due to some strange video that was released.
All that aside there is also the anti-Semitic remarks that he made recently which caused all of his sponsors to drop him and for the companies that were producing his merch to drop him as well. With all the vitriol he has spewed towards Kim on social media, the strange cult school vibe he has going on, and the anti-Semitjc remarks, it just seems that Kanye is working very hard to give former wife Kim Kardashian West full custody of his kids.
We all know that if Kanye loses custody he’ll be crying about it to high heaven on social media, but the law really doesn’t care about his feelings. The next hearing he has will be on Nov. 29th, will he show up for that one? We don’t know yet. Stay tuned!!!
