‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for April 20th reveal things are getting real on the Haunted Star. Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) needs Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) help.

We’ll also see Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) making a promise she likely can’t keep. Plus, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) meet up again. Here’s what you need to know.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 20: Winding down

First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal we might be reaching the conclusion of Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) story. Not that he might not disappear and come back when the plot inevitably fails, but we should be getting a break soon.

Not that Victor sees the inevitability of his failure. In fact, he’ll be feeling confident, as teasers say he has bad news for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). Obviously, this is about having Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) in his clutches.

And we doubt he’ll find her survival crucial to his plan. We wonder, though, if Trina is feeling guilty about getting caught. In the promo, Spencer tells her, “You may have saved us.”

As for Victor, it seems he’s got something on Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). In the promo, he says, “I knew you’d rise to the challenge.” Given how hostile she’s been, he has to be blackmailing her emotionally somehow.

Either he’s learned about that transplant and it using it to his advantage, or he threatens someone in front of her. We’ll see. But those are the most likely options we see for why she’d change her tune. Of course, there’s always a chance she’s playing him. We’d love to see her get the upper hand on him finally.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 20: Getting help

In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Curtis seeks help from Drew. Specifically, he tells Drew, “You have to remember. Trina’s life depends on it.” This must have something to do with that op Drew mentioned before but didn’t seem to have many details on. Hopefully, he’ll be able to remember.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 20: Stay in your lane

Elsewhere, Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Portia connect over Trina’s disappearance. And it seems they have a target they’re putting the blame on. In the promo, Portia assures Ava, “I promise you that she never sees him again.” One can only assume she’s referring to Spencer.

And we have to say, it’s natural for her to panic and feel anger toward Spencer, but it’s not her promise to make. Trina’s a grown woman who’s already gotten into it with Portia and others over her boundaries. By trying to keep that promise, she might just make Trina pull back even more than she already has.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 20: Again?

Finally, we’re not sure what to think here. Teasers say Carly tries to make peace. However, her telling Nina, “Sonny’s finally choosing to put his family ahead of you.” Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is basically going to the wedding, in part, because Nina wanted him to.

In this moment, we think it’s a bit petty for Carly to say such a thing. Even Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) looked uncomfortable when Nina realized she was being left out.
