‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is marked for death. We have an idea of how the show will pen her tragic exit story. She may die saving Lulu Spencer (last played by Emme Rylan).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Laura Is Frantic To Save Lulu
When Laura Collins (Genie Francis) revealed to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that Lulu needed a liver donor, he and Sam wanted to get tested to see if they were a match.
While Laura is on the hunt for Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), she may not locate him in time, or he could even come home and be ineligible to donate.
Doctors told Laura that a full sibling was probably Lulu’s best hope. Right now, Laura believes Lucky is the only person who may be able to save Lulu.
The WSB learned that Lucky is in East Africa, a dangerous part of the world. Laura may need to consider other options for Lulu.
Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) saved Lulu’s life when she was a baby. He donated bone marrow when she had aplastic anemia.
Lucky wasn’t a match back then. Nikolas was, but now he’s apparently ineligible to donate. Maybe neither one of them will be able to save their sister.
Laura is desperate to find someone who can help. If Sam’s a match, she may step up to donate. The surgery doesn’t come without risks. She could even go into liver failure and die during surgery.
Live liver donors have a low incidence of death, but it has been known to happen. Sam could be one of those rare cases. It would also be ironic if Sam died, saving Lulu’s life.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sam’s Gift To Lulu
If Sam discovered she was a match, she wouldn’t hesitate to agree to donate. But she may not make it out alive. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) would undoubtedly feel guilty.
Sam would never refuse to go through with it. She’s been helping Dante raise one of Lulu’s children, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr). She cares for the kid and would feel responsible if Lulu didn’t make it when she had the chance to save her.
Another scenario is that Sam gets into a car accident, and she falls into a coma the same way Lulu did. Perhaps her last wish is that she give her liver to Lulu so that her children have their mother.
She’d obviously also be doing this for Dante, as she knows Dante has a special place in his heart for Lulu. Sam’s gift to Lulu would certainly complicate Dante’s already conflicted feelings.
Dante has been playing the “what if” game, thinking about what he should have done differently with Lulu. He’s questioning his past decision to leave her when he had severe PTSD.
Sam might be the reason Dante and Lulu find their way back to each other, even though it would break Dante’s heart to lose Sam this way.
He loves both women and would never want to say goodbye to either. If Sam dies so Lulu can live, it would be the most selfless sacrifice he could possibly imagine. We have a hunch that Dante won’t be forgetting Sam anytime soon.
