General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 2nd reveal they’re going to pack a lot into a short time. We’ll miss seeing the show two days this week because of sports coverage. But it looks like they could make up for that with lots of action. Here’s what you need to know.

First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is still wary of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). And who can blame her? She’s already caught him in a couple of lies. She’ll tell someone, “I don’t know what kind of secret Valentin is keeping.” Anna has no idea what’s ahead. Because Valentin is keeping much more than one secret now that she knows Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) trashed that room. We can imagine Anna is going to be devastated to learn it was Charlotte that had her so scared she accepted Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) offer for protection.
As for Charlotte, we get it was going to take Valentin a minute to wrap his head around what he saw on that security footage. But we’ve been wondering when he’s going to actually do something other than keep Anna and Charlotte apart. It looks like that time is now. The week of October 2nd, he’ll call Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to tell her Charlotte’s in trouble. Looks like Laura’s search for Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is about to get put on the backburner a minute. Because we don’t see Laura doing anything but hurrying back to Port Charles to help Charlotte when she learns what’s been going on. We’ll see if she and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) can get through to Charlotte.
General Hospital spoilers: Not her fault
Elsewhere, we’ve felt Gergory Chase (Gregory Harrison) should have told his family about the ALS much sooner. But we do understand why he chickened out last-minute when Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) showed up to move in with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). However, that delay is about to cause a problem. It seems Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is going to come across Chase. He’ll look in a bad enough state, she’ll just assume he’s upset about his father. And she’ll accidently spill the beans in the process. Which we’re sure will upset Chase even more, as he doesn’t have that great a relationship with Tracy. But we do give Tracy props for actually showing real compassion and concern.
General Hospital spoilers: Rescue ahead?
Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal it’s been a long time coming. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has been the show’s favorite character to torment. But Sasha’s suffering might be about to end. In the promo, it looks as though Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) is about to hurt Sasha again. However, someone is going to walk in on them. We hope the theories that this whole return to Ferncliff was a setup are true. Because we’d love to see Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) walk in and catch Dr. Feelbad in the act.
