Either way, we weren’t sold on this wedding happening. With the truth about Valentin’s involvement in the Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) scam now known to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), we figured her revenge plan would continue. Jasper Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) last-minute appeal to her to call off her revenge and just walk if she doesn’t want to be with Valentin looked like it might work for a moment. Especially when Nina got to see Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). We assume that’s why she walked down the aisle.

Things started off fine. We were surprised to see Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) even smiling during Valentin’s speech. Which, by the way, was a good one—if one doesn’t know he’s been lying to her. Or that he, you know, tried to kill someone right before the big moment. We think it almost swayed her. So much so, she gave a speech herself about love not always being picture-perfect, but it makes you happy. We think her mention of secrets and having no more secrets between them was her way of giving Valentin an out. We think if he confessed all right there, she would have forgiven him and gone through with the wedding. But this test didn’t really matter, because a shocking twist ended the festivities.

Before she could do a thing, someone crashed the party. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) stormed the wedding—with Ava Jerome (Maura West) in his arms. Talk about a show stopper! The looks on the guests’ faces, especially Laura Webber (Genie Francis) were priceless. So, what’s next?

We assume Valentin’s finally getting his comeuppance. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal there’s really no other way for things to go. Nina can’t possibly marry him after what he did to Ava. They were, after all, co-conspirators in whatever revenge planned for the wedding day. Not only did Nikolas likely see this happen, but with his quick action, he’s likely saved Ava—and the location of the codicil. Even if Nikolas (rightfully) gets busted for his own actions, there’s no way the estate won’t be switching hands sooner rather than later. Plus, we’re pretty sure this will be the end of any daddy worship for Charlotte. When she asked what he was doing out there, she had that accusatory look on her face. Plus, he had to pull her along to keep her from looking down to where Ava likely fell. She had to know something was up. With this new development, Charlotte’s gonna be looking at him through new eyes. And likely do so at Lulu’s house.
