In a twist ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers didn’t see coming, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) admitted to Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) that she suckered Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) into betraying her friends so Tracy could give her 51% of Deception.
Okay, this is going to take us a minute.
It’s a, um, grand gesture for Tracy and shows she has a magnanimous side, but there’s a sorts of things that feel and could go wrong here she may not see or understand.

Or maybe she does understand Brook Lynn more than anyone else and this will be her chance to rise up and become a super force like the Quartermaines have before her.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Is Tracy delusional?
The fact that Tracy has selective memory on why Brook Lynn did what she did has us wondering if she’s seeing the same thing we are or if she sees something more.
Tracy is one of the smartest and brutal business women on the show and she’s carved out a path as large and full of chaos as anyone’s, and she’s passing the torch to Brook Lynn.
At least, that’s her plan.
But when she told Lois Brook Lynn traded in her integrity for Deception instead of Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) it got us wondering.
More times than we can count, Brook Lynn has stated her love is in music, but Tracy thinks that’s a waste, so she’s going to hand her the company and force her to be a Tracy’s type of businesswoman.
“General Hospital” Spoilers don’t think Brook Lynn will take the company, and if she does we think she’ll just hand it back to Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), but what if she doesn’t?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Passing the torch
There is a chance that Brook Lynn will surprise everyone, us included, by accepting Tracy’s offer. She won’t want to, but she’ll see it as a way to help her friends.
Unfortunately, no matter what happens Maxie and Lucy will have their doubts, and Lucy will think Brook Lynn planned this with Tracy and it could ruin their friendships.
Maxie will eventually forgive her, but it’ll be rough.
But if Brook Lynn decides to dig her heels in and take on the full responsibility running the company entails, and that could put her at odds with Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) as well. Though Blaze could take this as a good sign unless she buys into what Lucy’s selling.
There are so many possibilities here and we can’t wait to see what all will be coming our way in the coming weeks after Brook Lynn makes her decision and Tracy could end up reforming her in her won image.
