General Hospital Spoilers: Top 10 Things You Didn't About Garren Stitt (Oscar Nero)

General Hospital spoilers indicate that you first got to know him as the son of Dr. Kim Nero, the slightly mischevious young man that came into the life of Josslyn Jacks on Sept 14th 2017. We followed his journey of teenage life and the great mystery of finding his Father, and were all devastated when we found out that his brain tumor was inoperable. Here’s what you need to know.

General Hospital Spoilers: Top 10 Things You Didn’t Know About Garren Stitt (Oscar Nero)

We all cried buckets over the episode dedicated to his death on May 1st 2019. Oscar may be gone but fortunately for us, actor Garren Stitt lives on! Here’s 10 things you didn’t know about Garren Stitt:

    • You’d think, being an actor, that Garren Stitt would be another California boy. Well, you’d be wrong! Garren is actually a native of Virginia.

    • But not for long! When he was only 3 years old he and his family hopped a plane to Cali-forn-ia and he’s been there ever since, booking roles regularly since 2011.

    • Let’s hear it for single Moms! Garren’s Mom Yvette is a single Mom who raised him alongside his older brother, Gabriel. Hats off to you, Yvette!

    • In 2013 he landed a role in the film Bukowski, which was directed by fellow GH Alum, James Franco.

    • He has also been on the Nickelodeon show, Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn as Connor for four episodes in 2014.

    • On the Disney Channel show Andi Mack, he has a recurring role as the character Marty who is on the school track team and is considered the fastest boy in school. So far he’s been in 12 episodes!

    • In 2013 he was cast alongside actress Marlee Matlin in “No Ordinary Hero: The Superdeafy Movie” playing a character that seems to be a bit of a takeoff from the young man we know and love, a bully named Sammy.

    • In 2018 he started releasing music on spotify under the name Garren Lake. • He portrayed our boy Oscar Nero for 126 episodes!

Let’s hear it for Garren and wish him luck on all his future endeavors, no matter what they may entail! Maybe we’ll see him again soon on the big (or small!) screen. Good luck, Garren!
