General Hospital spoilers reveal that there has recently been a shocking leak in which four characters are allegedly going to be killed off the soap in the fall.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Monica And Leslie’s Deaths And Tributes Coming Soon
Apparently, whoever this leaker is, they are a highly reliable source. The source leaked that Natalia Rameriz (Eva LaRue) would meet her demise and also that Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) would leave the show long before either exit was announced.
The first and most obvious is Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson). The late actress, who passed away in January, will receive a beautiful tribute as her character passes away and is given a heartfelt memorial service.
Monica’s death marks the end of an era. Many major characters are connected to her, and it will be moving to watch her family mourn her death.
Naturally, the Quartermaine clan will have some arguments over the will and possibly over the family member set to inherit the mansion.
We can see Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) having a conniption if she doesn’t end up owning the Quartermaine estate.
Monica’s death also marks the appearance of One Life to Live alum Erika Slezak on GH. There is heavy speculation that she will play Monica’s long-lost sister.
However, most fans would prefer her return as her OLTL character, Viki Lord. We’ll have to see how that story plays out. The second death fans must brace themselves for is Laura Collins’ mother, Leslie Webber (Denise Alexander).
Alexander passed away in March. The soap leaker claims that Leslie’s death sees the return of a mystery Cassadine for the funeral.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Jack Brennan Is Marked For Death
The soap leaker explained that it took this long to address Monica and Leslie’s deaths because executive producer Frank Valentini had some stories he wanted to take care of first.
With Chad Duell’s exit from GH, there was a huge void that needed to be filled. Valentini allegedly wanted to see Rory Gibson adjust to playing the plum role of Michael Corinthos.
Additionally, Valentini hoped to bring back a beloved character. We are going to surmise that the character was Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
The most shocking upcoming death slated to occur is Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). We think this one is a huge mistake.
Despite much fan uproar over Jack recruiting Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) for the WSB, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has never looked happier. She practically glows when she’s with him.
We really don’t want to see Carly back with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), for the millionth time. We were also warming up to McKenna’s portrayal of Brennan.
While Charles Mesure and his charming accent are both missed, Chris McKenna has grown on us. We would much prefer Carly to stay with Brennan. Besides, they seem to be close to expressing their love for each other. We don’t really want to see Carly’s heart broken by the death of her boyfriend.
The fourth death is said to be “heavily under wraps.” We predict it will either be Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) or Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).
They would be the most obvious characters marked for death. Even though we would love to see Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) get his just desserts, it’s not likely he’ll be killed off since he’s the town villain.
