‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for October 23rd reveal there might be hope for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) yet. Meanwhile, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) doesn’t mince words with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Plus, we’ll see Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) dealing with some pending business. ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For October 23: Change of heart?
First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Cody voices his gratitude. We assume that’s to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) for her help in freeing Sasha. However, that is going to lead to a discussion we think Cody will rather skip.
As in, getting him to come clean to Sasha about his feelings. Cody, of course, will be pessimistic and say, “I had my chance and I threw it away.” But Sam’s a Davis woman, and she’s not one to give up easy. So, we do believe she might talk some sense into him. And it’ll likely work.
See, she’s going to have a partner in crime. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will visit Sasha. It’s obvious he’ll try to talk her into staying. In the promo, he assures her, “It’s nothing you did, it’s what you’re about to do.”
There’s a good chance he’s going to try getting her to see that there’s a good side to staying in town. As in, Cody. Plus, she does have some friends in town, and we do believe she needs a support system like that, as opposed to going to some town where she knows no one. Plus, we just don’t want to see this character leave.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For October 23: Cards on the table
As for Portia, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal she and Cyrus come face to face. Obviously, she’s not going to be the most welcoming with him and Cyrus will do what he always does: play the religion card. Not to mention the feeble card, as well.
But Portia will make it clear that, “I don’t buy it; and I never will.” To be fair, again, we do think he’s legit with being religious, but we just believe he’s an extremist. You know, doing his part to weed out the wicked, because only he is in tune with what the Lord wants.
Still, we call bull on a judge believing he was no threat to anyone. Even if he can’t physically to the job himself, that’s not to say he can’t send someone else to do it for him. Look at how he had Ava Jerome (Maura West) abducted.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For October 23: About time
Finally, we were waiting for this one. Sonny confronts Selina Wu (Lydia Look). We’ve been expecting things to go wrong with them from the beginning of their partnership.
And after what Sonny learned about Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs) debt and how it contributed to her actions, it was only a matter of time before he moved on her part in Sasha’s suffering.
He’ll warn someone, “The next thing you say may have long lasting repercussions.” Given the teaser, it seems obvious that’s Selina he’s talking to. And he’s likely going to wonder why she strong-armed Gladys like she did, rather than talking things out with Sonny himself.
