    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for October 12th reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) is in trouble. And Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) is having trouble as well. Elsewhere, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) might have another strange encounter. We’ll also see Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) put on the spot. Here’s what you need to know.

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal concerns about Ava grow. It’s about time! We figured someone was going to have to notice she’s missing eventually, following Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) abducting her.

    It seems Ava hasn’t been completely idle since we last saw her. She’ll be busy trying to escape, yelling, “Can anyone hear me? Help me!” We doubt that will be the case. And we think this kidnapping isn’t just about getting back at Ava for selling them out.

    So, Austin has been desperately trying to cut ties to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and Mason. He thought he had a chance after delivering that flash drive, but that wasn’t the case. It seems he’ll be blackmailed by Cyrus, and we think Ava is the bait to get him to do whatever Cyrus needs of him. In the promo, Austin tells Cyrus, “Once I figured out what was at stake I didn’t really have a choice.”

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For October 12: Haunted?

    In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Willow is unsettled. In the promo, she’ll ask someone, “What are you doing here?” We assume she’s talking to a vision of Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel), as she had a dream with her not long ago where Harmony was trying to tell her something.

    We really hope whatever Harmony might be trying to get through to Willow falls on deaf ears. The last time we saw Harmony, she was clearly trying to get Willow to follow her into the light. And we doubt that was the actual destination. If Willow had any sense, she’d know anything from Harmony can’t be good.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For October 12: Wedding prep

    Finally, there’s the destination wedding. We’ll see more peace ahead as Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), “It’s best for everyone if we move on.” Which is part of the reason we hope Nina’s secret stays that way. Everyone seems so happy right now. We can’t with the idea of more drama and in-fighting ahead.

    We’ll also see Nina getting put on the spot ahead of the big day. In the promo, Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) asks Nina, “Are you going to be my second mommy?” We have a feeling that, for some people, there won’t be a right answer to that question. Even if saying yes would be the truth.
