‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggests that it is about time for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to quit lying to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She is marrying him soon and she needs to start telling him the truth. If he finds out that she has been lying, it may be the end for the couple.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: First Major Secret
Nina Reeves is the one who called in the anonymous tip to the SEC about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) participating in insider trading. Because of that call, Drew is spending three years in Pentonville Penitentiary.
Nina was trying to get back at Carly with that move, but Drew took the rap. He didn’t want Carly to spend any time behind bars. Everyone has been trying to figure out who called in the tip. Now Nina has been keeping it a secret for so long that if it gets out, Sonny is bound to be angry about her decision.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) recommended early on that Nina come clean and apologize to Sonny. Nina did not do it though, so now it will be quite bad when and if he finds out.
Nina is on borrowed time for this because Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) knows but only has “forgotten” because he has lost his memory. If he remembers, it will be over for Nina.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Lying for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart)
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has been attacked. She came to Sonny to warn him about Pikeman and also to ask for his help. She needs more security. This latest attack was in the room at the Metro Court. All her things were ruined, and a nasty message was left on the bathroom mirror.
When Anna asked Valentin to check the security footage, he discovered that his daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (AnaSofia Bianchi) is responsible. Instead of telling Anna what he found, he lied and said the security footage was wiped. He begged Nina to keep it a secret and wipe the video.
While it is still unclear whether or not she did that, she did lie to Sonny on the phone. She told him that the footage was wiped and did not tell him about Charlotte. Why does she continue to keep things from the man she supposedly loves? Doesn’t she realize this is all going to come back and bite her?
