‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Monday, October 7 is here. After making a rather huge discover, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is feeling on edge. Meanwhile, Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) lets his daughter Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) know that he is proud of her. After spending the last several days in the hospital, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) returns home to tend to business. Here’s what you need to know.
The week begins with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) working hard behind the scenes to prove that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is being set up. After all, the last thing anyone wants to see is Sam go to jail for killing a criminal like Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Right now the odds are definitely stacked against her, unless of course, both Spinelli and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) can prove the courts otherwise.

Elsewhere, Lulu still can’t decide if she wants to tell Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) the truth about her supposed daughter, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). She knows that the truth is going to come out one way or another but just doesn’t know if this is the right time to do it, especially before her wedding to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Elsewhere, Jax has a touching moment with his daughter, Josslyn. The two are now growing closer than ever before. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers also tease that Jax will share an idea that he has for his daughter before the end of the week.
If that weren’t enough, Sonny will finally come home after spending the last week at the hospital with his wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and their newborn daughter, Baby Donna. Unfortunately, the Corinthos family have a long road ahead of them. Fans will have to tune in for all of the action!
