‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that Kristina Corinthos-Davis’s (Kate Mansi) pregnancy will face enormous challenges as Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristina Vaganos) will see green over her sister being the biological mother.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Kristina’s Intentions Have Always Been Pure
Kristina agreed to be Molly’s surrogate and egg donor out of the goodness of her heart. She knows how devastated Molly was when Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) miscarried her and T.J. Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) child.
It initially made Molly angry that Kristina wanted to help her, thinking Kristina was trying to make the situation about her.
Molly also had reservations about Kristina being the surrogate because she thought it might be too hard for her sister to give the child to Molly once the little one was born.
After all, how could a woman not become attached to a baby growing inside her and want to raise him or her as her own? Kristina was genuinely hurt over Molly turning down her generous offer.
The sisters had more than a few fights about Kristina’s intentions concerning the situation, and Molly called Kristina selfish for offering to help.
Finally, Molly realized she was ridiculous and agreed to have Kristina carry this baby. Their mother, Alexis Davis, sees a storm cloud ahead for the two sisters, and she believes Kristina being Molly’s surrogate is too risky for the both of them.
While it’s true that Kristina has never given birth to a baby before, her intentions are genuine, and she wants her sister to be happy and have the family she so desperately longs for.
‘General Hospital’: Trouble Ahead for Molly and Kristina
As the pregnancy progresses, trouble is brewing for the two Davis girls. Molly will have a difficult time coming to terms with Kristina being the one who will feel the baby growing and kicking inside her.
She will see Kristina’s emotional reaction to having this baby and will, once again, jump to conclusions. When Andrea was having the baby, it was different.
Andrea was a stranger to Molly. However, Kristina will be the baby’s Aunt. But she is also technically the biological mother. She will likely form some attachment to the baby once he or she is born.
Molly will sense this, and it will come between her and Kristina. Molly may start to get pushy and demanding, which may cause Kristina to question if Molly is ready to be a mother.
Right now, Molly seems aware that Kristina is doing a kind act. But that could change. Molly may become jealous of Kristina, and it won’t be pretty.
To add fuel to the fire, T.J. will be in awe over how well Kristina does with the pregnancy, and it may bother Molly to see that.
This could all lead to some major drama as the time gets closer to Kristina giving the baby up, and Molly will start questioning Kristina’s ability to give her the baby.
Molly may start hurling accusations, and the whole thing could blow up in her face. Kristina will ultimately give up the baby, but Molly and Kristina’s relationship may never be the same again once she does.
