‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Port Charles, To Get A Makeover? Lucy Coe and Maxie Jones the Artists
Let’s start with a plot that actually begins about a year ago. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) apparently has a big idea to re-brand Port Charles, thanks to a little inspiration from Maxie Jones (Kristin Storms). This kicks off a freaking hilarious montage of her going to various people and getting turned down for funding.

A couple personal favorites are where she goes to Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), seeing she’s not getting anywhere, decides to throw out how she owes her a favor. She basically says, “witch, get out,” and eventually Lucy turns to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), who asks if she’ll go away once he cuts a check. Through all this, the only thing she asked of Maxie was a quote from one of Port Charles’ finest.
Cut to a year later, and Lucy has managed to get her travel guide to Port Charles published, and we are seriously amused by some of the stops on her list, as is Maxie. Seriously. We never knew Port Charles had such… interesting attractions. Lucy wants to her help publicize it, and Maxie agrees.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Jason Rips Into Lying Hank (Shiloh)
That’s the only advice we have for her today after the meeting at her new place turns out. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) recognizes ‘Shiloh’ as Hank (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and accuses him of being a liar. Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) is angry about this, but cult man is totally cool with the questions. He says that Drew Cain (Billy Miller) saved his life and helped him to make some huge changes in his life.
He figures why not get a new name to go with it? Jason and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) both ask a lot of questions of cult man (that’s what we’re calling him, since he’s apparently got a bunch of names), and cult man has the answer for them all, and the more he talks, the more he sounds like he’s actually running a cult, hence his nickname.

After they leave, she apologizes and goes off on how rude and condescending they were. He plays it off and claims that the negativity is coming from inside her and he can show her how to free it. She’ll find out how if she sticks around. Girl, get your butt out of there.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Don’t take the promotion..
While Sonny and Mike Corbin (Max Gail) are working out, Chet Driscoll (Chris Van Etten) comes in and tells Mike how he can avoid some of the back strain. Mike sees the guy’s body art and realizes he must have been in the service, as he knows the artist’s work well. Chet confirms that and he and Mike swap a few stories. Sonny is impressed and offers Mike a job as the manager in the gym. The only thing Sonny asks is discretion.
Later on, Maxie (who knows Chet) meets up with him and is surprised to learn he’s working for Sonny. He’s not concerned, because he thinks everyone exaggerates anyway. She advises him not to take a promotion if he offers it—especially when it involves a coffee warehouse.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: War Begins
Thanks to an incident with Yvonne (Janet Hubert) and Mike, Marcus Taggert (Mathew St. Patrick) is determined to take her out of the home she’s living in, but Stella (Vernee Watson) advises against it. The level of care she needs would be a big strain. He thinks after what happened, she’ll be better off with him. He turns down suggestions of speaking to a therapist as well. Near the end, Sonny and Mike are speaking to Stella and find out about Marcus’ plans. Sonny decides to go speak to Marcus about the situation.
Also, we have a sad moment near the end. Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) has delivered the news to Lucy and Monica that Gail Baldwin has passed away. They all sit around and talk about her some, all agreeing that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) caused her the most stress. We’re sort of amused by that. Anyway, apparently, thanks to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) showing up, we find out that Gail had a request that involves them all. The episode ended with a tribute image for Susan Brown.
