General Hospital spoilers indicate that Finn is ready to take the next step with Anna, the one woman who he has always loved in his life. At least, that’s what fans like to believe! Head writer Shelly Altman recently discussed the troubled path these two love birds are on and how their situation could possible evolve. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital Spoilers: Head Writer Shelly Altman Teases Difficult Path Ahead For Finn and Anna – Things To Get Harder Before They Get Easier
According to ABC Soaps in Depth, Finn has made it no secret that he’s willing to carve out a new future with Anna. Of course, there’s one small problem though. Anna needs to “clean house” so to speak and try to figure out what is wrong with her memory. She can’t think about the future right now when she’s still being haunted about her past. This is one major roadblock that has stopped Anna and Finn from truly being happy with each other.

General Hospital co-head writer Shelly Altman puts it this way, “He is surprisingly unsurprised. He simply knew in one telling moment that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Anna.”
Yet, it doesn’t seem as though Anna shares the same feelings as Finn. At least, not right now. Altman added, “Anna doesn’t like being the center of a mystery. She’s particularly anxious to know if her corrupted memory has something to do with the people she’s been closest to.”
In other words, Anna doesn’t know if she’s able to start a future when there are so many things that she simply doesn’t remember about her past. For now, she feels as though she can’t take any steps forward without taking one step back. Knowing Finn though, that won’t stop him from pursuing Anna and building a future that he knows they both deserve. Of course, fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
