‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggests that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) is willing to take some desperate measures in order to keep control over Sasha Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) finances. Just how far is she willing to go to keep herself safe? Who will help Sasha discover how terrible Gladys is?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Gaining Confidence
Since Sasha’s mental breakdown and substance control issues, she has slowly been making positive strides to get her life back on track. She has been encouraged by her growth and is ready to dissolve the guardianship which puts Gladys in charge. Sasha feels ready to make he own decisions and control her finances again.
Sasha has been exploring what it will take for this happen. She has to have a judge agree to this dissolution. In order to get it before a judge, she has to see a doctor for an assessment.
Sasha also speaks with others like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), to see if he would give her support. After talking with her, he feels that she is showing a great deal of improvement. He supports this move.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Danger for Gladys
Gladys has a pretty serious gambling problem. She is in debt to Selina Wu (Lydia Look). The debts are coming due and there is no way that Gladys can meet them unless she has access to Sasha’s funds.
She has to move money out carefully so as not to alert Sasha. That is getting more difficult as time goes on. What she definitely does not need is for Sasha to dissolve the guardianship. Then Gladys will be in big trouble.
Gladys tries first to convince her cousin Sonny that Sasha isn’t ready for this independence. She thinks that if Sonny is on her side, then she will be able to continue the status quo.
However, this idea tanks for Gladys since Sonny believes Sahs is ready. Gladys feels cornered and makes a despicable move.
The doctor who is assessing Sasha’s competency for dissolution is Damon Montague (Darin Toonder). Dr. Monty is a player in Selina Wu’s gambling house and has a connection to Gladys.
He agrees to prescribe some medication to Sasha which will cause a relapse. Sasha feels concerned about taking medication but accepts them from him.
Will Sasha have a relapse or will she get a second opinion about whether or not to take this medication? Will someone step up to help learn about how depraved Glady is before it is too late? What do you think will happen?
