General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, July 16: Big change?
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Michael ponders a big decision. From the promo, we know he’s actually considering leaving everything behind to follow Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and the baby. With the kids, of course. We see this as a possible win for him, or a loss. On the plus side, the kids wouldn’t be separated from Daisy after spending some time with her. And Michael wouldn’t miss Daisy’s milestones.
On the negative side, Sasha wants to stay under the radar. So, that would likely mean not only uprooting his older children from the lives they know, but he and the kids wouldn’t likely be able to be in contact with family back home. So, we can see that being used against him during the visitation hearing. Which he would still have to go to. If he skips it, that wouldn’t look good.

Elsewhere, Jason has a tough conversation. This will be with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), who has a request for him. Since she’s blackmailing Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) into denouncing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) ahead of the Measure C vote, one can imagine she wants him to do the same. Or at least, distance himself to protect himself and the Q family from potential blowback. We all know Jason will not be okay with what Tracy has planned, so there’s little chance of him playing along with whatever she might want him to do.

Finally, General Hospital spoilers bring family drama. It seems Curtis stonewalls Stella Henry (Vernee Watson). We assume she’ll confront him about the issues Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) mentioned them dealing with. She’ll tell him she has beef with him, clearly because she’s been left in the dark. But with the nature of their problem, Curtis is obviously not going to tell Stella exactly why he and Portia are struggling.
And we might not have seen the worst of it. In the promo, Portia is screaming and breaking something. So, she obviously has been set off by something. Either Curtis has officially ended things, they got into another fight over the latest blackmail, or Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) just paid her a visit.
