‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, January 31 reveal Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gets to work. Meanwhile, the attack on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) continues. Plus, Sprina is in danger. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 31: Full steam ahead
First, Carly isn’t wasting any time! ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal she recently took over at Crimson. This will obviously cause a bit of a stir, because Carly reassures her new staff. And why wouldn’t they be worried?
New management can often lead to big layoffs. And they might also be worried about Carly’s ability to keep the magazine afloat. But that won’t be all Carly is up to.
It seems that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has reservations, which must be about whatever it is Carly is offering in the promo. Which seems to be about the magazine’s relationship with Deception. There’s a clip in the promo where Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) asks, “How favorable are we talking?”
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 31: Trouble at the island
Elsewhere, Ava Jerome (Maura West) is frightened. And why not? She and Sonny are under attack in the very place that was supposed to keep her and Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola) protected. We feel most for that poor kid, who will likely be whisked off by bodyguards to who knows where to hide.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 31: Too late
As for others, we’ll head back to Paris for more of Sprina. Sadly, it’s not going to be the fun, sweet moments we’ve been getting lately. Teasers say Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) find themselves in a precarious situation.
And from what we’re seeing, the calvary won’t be reaching the couple in time. There’s a clip in the promo where Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) threatens Spencer to make him do as she says. If this is not about finding Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and getting her baby back, we don’t know what the writers are doing.
Yes, she is clearly angry with them and wants revenge. But we think the loss of Ace is really what’s driving her actions recently. And everything we’ve seen of her so far points to that pushing her over the edge.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 31: Please?
Finally, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) complains that if it were up to Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero), they would never speak again. Can Lois really blame her?
We have a feeling Olivia is going to be less than kind is this exchange. Lois might have been better off giving Olivia more space and time before approaching her.
