‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, January 17 reveal Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has a problem. Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) might have a couple of his own. Plus, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) might lose it. Here’s what you need to know.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 17: Support system

First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) lean on each other. We assume Drew is still stinging a bit over the reality check he got about making unilateral decisions with Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante).

And with Josslyn Jacks (Courtney Fulk) now so deep into Adam Wright’s (Joshua Benard) mess, the couple will have a lot to commiserate about. Hopefully, he’ll be able to get her to see there is nothing she can do about Joss and this desire to help Adam. All she can do is be there, as Joss is an adult now and Carly can’t just tell her what to do.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 17: Bomb’s away!

In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) drops a bombshell. In the promo, she tells someone, “If you don’t believe me, ask Michael.” We assume this will be her telling Carly what Michael did.

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is already well aware, and with everyone being at GH, it’s likely for Carly and Nina to cross paths. Which can never happen without conflict.

Poor Michael will have a lot more than a potentially angry mom to worry about. It seems he and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) face off. We can’t help but wonder if that’s going to be over who controls that voting proxy now.

Sure, the secret is now out. But Ned kept his word and stayed silent, so it’s not his fault exactly. It’s more Olivia Falconeri’s (Lisa LoCicero) for slipping up enough around Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) for Lois to figure it out and tell.

Given how determined Michael and Drew have been to shut Ned out of ELQ as much as possible, we wouldn’t be surprised if he argued it’s still Ned’s fault.

General Hospital spoilers Esme is about to lose it GH

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 17:  Bad choice

Finally, Esme panics. It seems she’ll come by to pick up Ace. However, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) tells her she can’t. Obviously. Because he stupidly let his fugitive father take off with the baby. Which we’re sure is going to work out so well.

Once Esme learns where Ace really is, all bets will be off. And this is why soap towns can’t have nice things. Too many stupid decisions being made that take people who could’ve stayed the straight and narrow off that path.
