General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 23: Friends at odds
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly and Jason clash. He tells her that Willow is going to Germany to see Michael Corinthos, who may or may not be played by Chad Duell when/if we see him. Obviously, Carly totally disagrees with that decision, and we can understand her reasons. However, after that scene with Jason and Willow Tuesday, April 22, we can see the wisdom in going to visit Michael. He had a point where they needed to be on the same page. And we think that it was smart of Jason to stress how she needs to concern herself only with what she and Michael thinks is best for the kids and they are the only voices that matter. She needs to hear that, since Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has been too much in her ear giving her all the wrong advice. Advice that clearly goes against her initial instincts.
We guess Carly flipping out about this will have to do with Jason taking a similar stance to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). It’s about what’s right and fair for both of them and objections/attacks will just make Willow dig her heels in more. We’ll see if this gets Carly to change her mind about getting a date for the custody case set. Which, if Jason hears about that, he’ll likely disagree with her on that as well.

In other news, Portia says that if Nina wants to drive Willow and Drew apart, the easiest thing to do would be telling her the truth. At this point, we think it might help, but it could hurt as well. While Nina’s been playing Good Cop here, such an admission after all this time might be seen as a lie designed to push Willow away from her so-called love.

As for Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she’s on the defensive. Her relationship with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is once again being discussed. She will say what we’ve been saying and too many in this town are not acknowledging. If Sonny gets driven out of town, someone much worse could take his place, and the crime some have been complaining about at the piers could skyrocket.

Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal a possible wake-up call. It seems Drew’s reaction surprises Willow. Sounds like someone is not on board with her trip to Germany. And why would he be? She’d be far away and might actually get her own ideas and thoughts. That wouldn’t be good for what many are calling Dawn of Drew. He can’t have anyone else giving her advice, after all, and lose his control.
