General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 23: What’s going on?
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Stella questions why Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) needs to see Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). We can imagine how confusing that would be, as Drew is the one that used Martin’s words to target Stella. We aren’t sure whether he’ll admit that he is doing it to save Stella or not, but we imagine she won’t make it easy for him to avoid doing so. When Stella gets her mind set on something, she is ruthless and Martin is really out of his depth with her.
Speaking of Drew, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) confronts him, saying that this is his chance to turn it all around. We assume this goes back to the Q family loss and how he has the chance to learn a lesson from it. We doubt he will, though. He’ll likely be just as determined to blame Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for his shooting, as well as getting back at people through his office.

In other General Hospital spoilers, Anna breaks news to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). She’ll tell Nina her brother is actually alive, and we’re sure there will be a lot of disbelief on Nina’s part. After all, her family has already had one miraculous return, so a second so close would feel impossible.
Speaking of the Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) thing, someone dropped the ball. It seems Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will walk in and nearly falls over at seeing Nathan. We get it. Anna and the rest wanted to keep this quiet until they knew more. There’s a difference, though. Felicia works at GH. She is constantly seeing the patients as an advocate and is very likely to do exactly what she just did. So, we can’t imagine why she wasn’t given a warning. Or at least encouraged to take a little time off from work in the meantime.
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 23: Guilty conscience?
Finally, Britt feels guilty. Since there is a clip where Jason is telling her, “I was exactly where I needed to be,” we assume she heard Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) passed away. And because of Britt, Jason spent some time away recently in his effort to track Britt down and help her. And he spent some time on the run with her that ultimately ended up leading to his supposed death. So, we think she feels like she helped rob him of the extra time he could have had with Monica. Jason, however, as usually apparently has no regrets.
