First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was adamant that Joss needed to get Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) back in town. And it seems she’ll succeed, as the promo features her saying they’ll stick to the plan and go back to Port Charles together. However, it looks like this journey won’t be an easy one, as she and Dex are in a frantic situation.

Elsewhere, there’s some good news for Sonny. It seems Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has actually been protecting Sonny instead of trying to take him out as people theorized. At least, that’s how it looks now.
And it’s made even more likely by him promising to help Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), who’d just been shot by the guy Jason was working with.
However, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease Anna learns some tragic news. We assume this is about Dante being shot. There’s a clip in the promo where Sonny is asking Anna if he’s under arrest. So, we’re guessing this is her about to break the news about Dante to him.

As for Marshall, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will tell him this is his chance to set himself free. We assume this is what leads Marshall tells Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about his misdiagnosis.
Obviously, it would be hard for Marshall to admit and we can see where he might not want to. But we think Stella will reason it’s best to get everything out in the open so they can all deal with it.

Finally, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) acts fast in a crisis. There’s no indication of what this crisis is, but we think it’s a safe bet this involves Heather Webber (Alley Mills). In the promo, we see her attacking that guard.
Clearly, she was either faking how much pain she’s in, or knowing Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) could be anywhere near her grandson is too much and that is what prompted her to escape. If that were the case, she’d be working on adrenaline and desperation to “save” the child and likely wouldn’t feel a thing.
