General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 16 reveal Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) needs a favor, but it will cost her. Meanwhile, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets a visitor. Plus, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) has an idea. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 16: Favors
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Joss might have to swallow some pride. Not that long ago, she was furious to learn her mother was harboring Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). She outright ordered her mother to get rid of him, or she’d do something about this. Now, she needs him.
We assume this is related to Joss’ recent conversation with Fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). She must turn to Valentin to get more on Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). However, Valentin is not going to make this easy on her. He’ll want something in exchange for his help. And she deserves that, honestly.
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 16: Confessions
Elsewhere, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) might be showing more of his human side again. We enjoyed watching him call Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) out on his risky demands and constant complaints. Even though we think he was a bit stupid for doing so, as Sidwell was making it clear he’s not earning his keep, so to speak. Now, this will lead to a conversation with Laura.
In the promo, the pair is in her office. He’ll talk about how he’s in too deep to get out. We assume he’ll tell Laura about the conversation and she’ll encourage him to quit doing Sidwell’s bidding. We think that’s a bit of a silly thing, given what she knows about him and what Sidwell has on her to keep her under his thumb. But it looks like it will lead to a nice bonding moment.
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 16: Holding onto hope
Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal Lucas hasn’t given up trying to make things right. It looks like he’s going to encourage Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to go to Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). At least, we’re pretty sure that’s who he’s talking about when he says there is someone who can stop “this.”
A later clip shows Cullum asking someone if they’re there to beg for their life. And Britt is really the only one who he’d likely be saying that to. As others pointed out before, he’s crucial to getting Britt’s medication. Unless Sidwell is willing to hand over one of those vials for her to reverse engineer it. And let’s face it: Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will walk away from the mob and become a Scout master before that will happen.
