General Hospital spoilers for Monday, September 22 to Friday, September 26: Seeing ghosts
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal someone who looks a lot like Nathan turns heads in Port Charles. And from the reaction of the other characters, it’s basically a given he is Nathan. After all, most people coming back to play another character don’t get recognized as someone else. Plus, Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) rightfully angry words to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) obviously are going to come back to haunt her. We’re curious how they’re going to explain his return, as we have yet to full explanation for Britt’s.

Elsewhere, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) finds a stranger in the family crypt. This would, of course, be Slezak making her soap return. There’s a lot of spec out there she’ll be playing Monica’s sister. Which would be logical if she’s visiting the family’s crypt. Of course, we don’t think Tracy will necessarily be happy about this. Especially since we got the impression that Slezak’s character will possibly make a big entrance at the funeral, and big entrances like that usually mean there’s a motive behind it. Might we see a battle over the Q estate? We’ll see.
Personally, we’re hoping that ultimately Tracy will get the house—because Monica left it to her. It’d be a nice touch. Afterall, how many times did Tracy get reminded whose home she’s in and why?
As for the funeral, there will be two days of paying tribute to Monica and the late Leslie Charleson. We’re looking forward to seeing flashbacks to old stories, as the promo hints will happen.

Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt gets a surprise. We know she was worried about getting treatment for her condition, especially since she’s no longer all set up at The Five Poppies. Well, it seems her boss hasn’t forgotten her. Britt will be shocked to find a care package of the miracle medicine she’s been taking, with a helpful reminder to make sure she does. Interestingly enough, Britt doesn’t look particularly thrilled at this. Maybe because the note is signed “C”. There is plenty of talk about there her father is actually the one behind all that Five Poppies stuff, and with Nathan back, it looks more and more likely.
