First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) families await word on their surgeries. Most of the promo actually features people asking for news and wondering what’s happened. Obviously, we know this story won’t have a happy ending.
The promo confirms that by having someone call Time of Death. It’s just a matter of how this actually goes down. And we really hope the rumor about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) being the one to kill Sam is wrong. It just makes no sense and feels wrong.
Honestly, it’s just as bad or worse if something goes wrong in the operating room. If that happens, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will likely not recover from this. It’s already going to be high drama and mess, especially since a lot of fans are not happy about Sam’s departure. So, we see no reason to up the ante with a brother wracked with guilt over what went wrong.

In more positive new, Nina issues a warning to Willow. Yes, this sounds the opposite of positive. However, General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina will also tell Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) there is a problem. So, we believe that PI has managed to dig up the dirt and Nina’s become aware of it. We’ll see.
We really hope that’s the case, because Drew needs to be exposed. So does Willow. We’ll enjoy seeing them both suffer the fallout from this creepy pairing. Our only regret is that it will possibly cost Drew the election, meaning his stalker self will continue to be based in Port Charles.

Finally, there’s Sasha. We’ve already made it very clear how we feel about this latest twist in her story. As hard as it is, Sasha will take Nina’s advice and tell Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) they can’t be together. Going by the Monday, October 28 promo, he won’t take this well. So, Sasha will have to lay down the law.
There’s another possible twist coming. In the weekly promo, they show a ring, which we think could be Cody proposing. If that’s the case, the writers have managed to take an already horrible situation and make it far worse. Clearly, they have it in for Sasha’s character,
