First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal it’s time to celebrate! Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) wedding kicks off this week. It’s going to be a huge event, with some new and returning guests.
The event will be over a couple of days, with a reception happening at the end of the week. We do believe the wedding itself will go pretty well, as the only indication of a problem there is that Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will struggle a bit. The reception, however, might be a whole other story!

In related news, Sonny makes a threat. From what we’ve seen and read, we believe this will happen at the reception. It’ll likely be triggered by him seeing Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) chatting it up with a fellow guest. We’re expecting this obviously brought on by the meds moment to be a clue for everyone that something isn’t right.
Whether that will lead to testing Sonny to make sure the levels in his system are right remains to be seen. But we know Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will apparently witness at least some of his behavior, which will be surprising and likely upsetting for her.
As for other potential drama, there’s a clip of Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) that is very suspicious. He appears to be sniffing a drink, as if he’s realized there is something wrong. So, it looks like someone might give him some alcohol by mistake.
However, the clip also makes it look as though he’ll sip it anyway. Might Gregory’s struggling be too much for Finn? We’ll see. That’s not going to be the worst thing, though.

Finally, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate there’s a medical emergency. Voiceovers talk about someone losing a lot of blood and getting “him” to trauma one. That makes it sound like there will be a shooting that disrupts the reception, and there are a few theories about who is behind that.
Some wonder if Sonny will be the shooter. Others think this will be an attempt on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), as Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) discussed framing Sonny while getting Jason out of the way in the process.
