General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 2: Slam dunk?
First, ADA Turner is feeling confident about her chances of a win against Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Following the last time we saw them all in court, she tells Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), “Alexis has dug her own grave and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) along with it. We’d tend to agree, as General Hospital spoilers reveal Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) testimony wasn’t exactly the big win Alexis was hoping for. But Turner might want to not assume a win just yet.
See, Alexis is going for a new strategy in the case. Since she got a mysterious note incriminating Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), we obviously know who will be the next one Alexis tries to point the finger at. Of course, we think this is just going to lead to more problems. And we’re not just talking about it court. Something tells us that, despite the lies Michael told, he didn’t do it. However, like many fans, we think he may have an idea who did. So, it’s possible this attempt will end up failing and could also lead to trouble with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Elsewhere, Laura knew she was going to be getting visits from her favorite politician, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove). With, of course, the exception of Sidwell wanting a one-time meeting to make a demand. But now there is something else on Sidwell’s agenda. And, as his go-between, we assume Ezra is here to deliver the message. In the promo, she asks someone, “What does Sidwell want now?” We can guarantee Laura one thing—it won’t be good, whatever it is.

Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal we may have some Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) problems. While Britt might be riding high on getting her medical license back, things might take a turn for the worse with her. Sounds like either she isn’t being as cooperative as Sidwell would like, or Sidwell just likes rubbing in his advantage. Okay, the latter is probably it. This is Sidwell! In the promo, Sidwell tells Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), “Never let her forget what she stands to lose.” And while we’re enjoying Sidwell as a villain, we can’t wait to see Marco lose big.
