‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that this week, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will spill the beans that her long-time rival, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), drugged Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Carly And Nina Tried To Call A Truce
Carly and Nina had called a brief truce in a failed attempt to rescue their grandchildren. Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Serenity and Sequoia) should be protected from Drew’s clutches.
Both women wanted to see Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) dump Drew, but not even the shock of finding a sex worker in bed with Drew was enough for clueless Willow to see the light.
Carly went to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for help to expose Drew’s past scandals. Curtis is a staunch supporter of Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and won’t hesitate to throw Drew under the bus.
Curtis may be the key to finding Jacinda (Paige Herschell) and bringing Drew down. Carly knows that Nina was behind the ketamine incident. She hired Jacinda to drug Drew and make it look like they had a torrid slumber party while Willow was in Germany.
Since Carly’s instincts are seldom wrong, she was quick to figure out that Nina was responsible for Drew’s wild night of doing body shots off a hooker while on ketamine.
Of course, Nina stupidly admitted her role in the ketamine scandal. Of course, she and Carly were still working together on the same side.
Carly and Nina’s alliance crumbled spectacularly. Carly moved forward with arranging for a custody hearing, and Nina and Carly got into a heated and highly entertaining catfight.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Carly And Nina Got Into A Brawl
Whatever common ground these two fabulous ladies had achieved quickly dissolved after threats were issued and slaps were exchanged.
Their physical altercation almost led to Nina hitting Carly over the head with an object Nina picked up off the coffee table to strike her with.
Thankfully, Carly’s daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), WSB training kicked in, and she was able to stop Nina from seriously injuring Carly.
The brawl occurred prior to Michael’s triumphant return to Port Charles. He came in at the end of the Nurses Ball to retrieve Wiley and take him to Carly’s home.
Carly and Nina also got into a heated argument at the Nurses Ball. Nina arrogantly told Carly that she would ensure Michael lost custody of his kids. This would be due to his being in Germany for burn treatment and recovery.
Carly was disgusted by Nina, Drew, and Willow using Michael’s near-fatal experience to wrestle his children away from him.
When Willow and Drew tried to make a ridiculously unfair “compromise” with Carly, she simply told them, “I’ll see you in court,” and walked off.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: The Truth About Sasha’s Baby Is Revealed
Another bombshell set to drop during the custody courtroom battle is that Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) is pregnant with Michael’s baby.
Spoilers indicate that Sasha will go into early labor. This will be due to facing pressure from Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) while testifying on Michael’s behalf.
We’ll see Carly blast Nina afterward as Carly suspects she blabbed about the true paternity of Sasha’s baby. Carly will get her revenge on Nina soon enough.
We’ll have to see how it all works out in the end. That being said, our money is on Team Michael for the simple fact that he’s returned to Port Charles darker, stronger, more determined, and with a vengeance.
