‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers bring a slip for Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab), some trouble for Ava Jerome (Maura West), good news for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and co., and the insertion of nosy Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) into things that aren’t her business. But when is that new, right? If you missed it, let’s get to your General Hospital spoilers.
General Hospital (GH) spoilers: Please, Mom?
Cameron Spencer (William Lipton) has some news for Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). They’re a bit nervous, as he wanted to meet with them at Charlie’s.
He insists it’s nothing bad, he just wanted to handle this like an adult. It turns out that he was left a car by Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) and wants to keep it. After going over some of the details (like the little one about him not having a license), Liz and Franco both agree it’s nice that Oscar did that and will let him keep the car—provided he helps pay his way with it.
General Hospital spoilers: Checking in
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is concerned when she walks in on another minor tiff between Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dev. When Dev leaves, Joss admits she’s being crazy, and is taking out her upset on Dev. She feels bad about that. Carly’s main concern, though, is Joss. She wants to make sure Joss is comfortable with this arrangement. Joss seems okay for now, but she will let Carly know if anything changes.
When Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) gets back, she tells Sonny it might be nice to work out a Plan B. She’s thinking a boarding school, and Sonny thinks the kid would be ruling it before long.
General Hospital spoilers: Slipping up?
Speaking of Dev, he’s chatting with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) when Cameron happens by, thinking he’s late for community service. Trina tells him he said it was later, so Cam now has time to chill a few. He breaks the news about the car. Trina’s happy for him and the talk turns to their road trip.
While relating the story, they mention how they almost needed to spend the night at a bus station because they didn’t have enough cash. Joss was able to save the day with her own funds. This is where the problem happens.
Dev wonders why they didn’t just break into a room, make sure it’s unoccupied, then spend the night in it. They’re shocked at the Breaking and Entering suggestion, but Joss arrives just in time to save the day—again. She says he came from a rough neighborhood, but Trina totally doesn’t but it. Joss refuses to get too deep into this, and the girls decide to go for a snack. Cam had already left for community service, and Dev had to go fill out paperwork for a job at the Metro Court.
General Hospital spoilers: Victory
Willow, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) get good news from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy).
With Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) latest arrest, the custody proceedings are a no-go. He’s likely going down big-time, but even if he gets out of the charges, he’ll now be forced to start from zero again to get any custody rights and he’s not likely to inspire a judge to order any tests.
General Hospital spoilers: Nosy Nina strikes again
Nina walks in on Brad, pre-his meeting with the others involved in the Wiley situation, with a needle in Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) room. He claims he was going to draw blood, but we can’t believe neither woman noticed the needle was filled with some yellowish liquid. Cause people always use needles loaded with something to draw blood, you know. Brad excuses himself, leaving the incriminating needle behind. And still no one notices.
Apparently, Nina’s got bigger concerns in trying to convince Liesl she was likely drunk and imagined the attack.
Eventually, a check of Liesl’s tablet leads them to discussing Shiloh’s cult, and Nina is grossed out by this, although not surprised either. She’d thought something was creepy about him.
Oddly enough, when she finds out about Willow’s arrest through her own device, she seems outraged about Willow’s keeping a baby from its father. The writers better hope they have good insurance, because that turn-around is a case of whiplash waiting to happen. It’s also an annoying return to the petty war between parent and teacher that ended up making us despise the old Nina so. Come on writers, don’t mess this up.
General Hospital spoilers: What were you thinking?
Also today, Ava gets a piece of Sonny’s mind. She’s sitting at Charlie’s all pleased with herself after the session with Sibley Gamble (Veronica Cartwright). She told Julian Jerome (William DeVry) it was for real, and she has hope that maybe things can turn around.
Sonny comes up behind her to rain on her parade. He tells her off for filling a four-year-old’s head with messages from a dead big sister, and warns her to keep “my daughter” out of her psychic quest. He claims it’s too confusing to a small child to handle getting a message supposedly directly from a person they’ll never see again in life.
