‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveals that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) knows Ava Jerome (Maura West) very well. It is pretty difficult for her to lie to him, and he is on to her. His confrontation brings her to confession, and she tells him…everything. How is he going to react?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Nanny for Avery (Ava & Grace Scarola)
GH’s Ava Jerome has been under the thumb of Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) for a while now. He knows things about her and has been using that information to get what he wants from her. He has told her that she has to get information on Sonny Corinthos and a project related to Pikeman.
Ava doesn’t want to help Mason, but he knows damaging secrets about her. He is beginning to threaten her family as well. Ava tried to snoop and get some information while she was at Sonny’s, but the maid, Pilar Rodriguez (Brenda Barberena) got suspicious.
For that reason, Mason’s cousin, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) may have set Pilar up.
At the playground, Avery wandered away after a balloon. Pilar had looked away from the girl, checking her phone. She frantically tells Ava that her daughter is missing.
They search and send out an alert, but then Austin brings Avery back. Pilar is in hot water now since she wasn’t watching Avery as she should have been. This will open the door to a new nanny, who is a plant from Mason.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Piece of Work
This new nanny, Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) is a piece of work. She is treacherous and mean. She tells Ava that she has to get Sonny to accept her in this position, or they will hurt Ava’s mother.
Mason has someone keeping an eye on her mother right now. Betty pushes Ava, letting her know that they are in charge. Ava has no power in this situation.
When Betty leaves, she gives Ava a knowing look. There is a lot on the line for Ava right now. If she doesn’t do what they order her to do, both her mother and Avery could be in danger.
It turns out though that Sonny was just playing along in front of Betty. He knows Ava well and he knows something isn’t right. When Betty leaves, he demands that Ava tell the truth.
Ava admits that she has been given a job to collect the dirt on him. She tells him what is at stake. He takes all of that but then pushes her some more. Why does Mason have so much power over Ava?
Why is he able to get her to do these things? Ava hesitates, but then finally admits everything to Sonny. Mason knows that Ava killed Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).
What do you think Sonny will do with this news? How will he react? How will the two of them take on Mason together and what will this do to Ava’s relationship with Mason’s cousin, Austin?
