If there is one person you don’t want to mess with in Port Charles, it’s Ava. She might not be a serial killer like Ryan, but she sure is just as dangerous. General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Is Ryan’s Worst Nightmare
Apparently, Ryan’s twisted mind takes things to a whole new level. He kidnaps pregnant Carly Corinthos, puts her in the trunk of his car and drives to Niagara Falls to marry Ava. Unfortunately, Ava has no idea that Carly is in the car, nor does she know what Ryan is about to do next.

Ryan is a dangerous man. We know that. He killed Kiki Jerome in a cold-blooded murder. He angrily stabbed Franco after he took credit for Ryan’s murders. Knowing that Franco is now on his tail, Ryan is desperate to get out of Port Charles.
Of course, the moment Ava catches wind of all this and figures out what’s going on, she will take matters into her own hands. Ava might have made poor decisions in the past, but she’s a smart cookie to some extent. Ryan thinks that he is doing Ava a favor by giving her Carly to kill. Little does he know that Ava doesn’t operate that way.
General Hospital spoilers tease that once Ava finds out the truth, it will be explosive. When Ava finds out that it was Ryan that killed her daughter, all hell will break loose. And while no one knows what will ever become of Ava and Carly’s relationship, things might improve. The two might work together to get rid of Ryan once and for all.
