‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for August 2nd reveal Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) might have a problem. Meanwhile, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) makes things clear with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
We’ll also see Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) in crisis mode while Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has a request.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 2: Tough questions
First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal a body was recently found in near GH. We assume this is what Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is referring to when he asks Austin, “Could you answer a few questions about this guy?”
It wouldn’t be surprising if someone happened to notice the man with Austin. Especially since they did have a bit of a run-in in a public place. Should be interesting to see how Austin manages to talk his way out of this one!

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 2: Not happening
Elsewhere, Tracy visits Deception. Sounds like she didn’t get the message the first time and decided to push some more. In the promo, Brook Lynn tells Tracy, “I’m not willing to risk it for you.”
We’re happy to see Brook Lynn standing up to her, because nothing Tracy is really pushing the limits by putting Brook Lynn in such a position to start with. We’re sure Tracy will try her best to get Brook Lynn to blink, but we’re hoping she stands her ground.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 2: Crisis mode
In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Maxie does damage control. And does she ever have a job ahead of her after that incident at the Metro Court pool with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). Knowing Maxie, she’ll manage to spin this somehow.
We’re hoping she’ll make another attempt to visit Sasha and see what’s going on for herself, because that would go a long way to turning this situation around. We’re still disappointed she gave in to Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) the first time.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 2: Making amends
So, we were already pretty sure Cyrus was serious about changing his ways, despite others’ doubts. If it was, in any way, an act, it won’t be now. Cyrus just had a near-death experience and saw himself talking to Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
She’d basically told him only he could let himself out of the cell he made for himself. And we think he believes that’s his cue to make a major change. In the promo, he tells someone, “I need you to give all my money away.” Given how he got it, we think that’s his way of finally fully letting go of his old ways.
