‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that probably Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) was not the intended target of the shooting that occurred at the Metro Court Hotel.
The bullet that hit Curtis was one that ricocheted, hitting him in the spine. He is fighting for his life, but apparently, he was not the one the killer was aiming for.

GH’s Anna Devane is fairly sure that she was the intended target of the assassination hit. She was an agent for the WSB and actually acted as a double agent. Anna has many enemies and has identified a list of people who might want to take her life.
She also received a warning recently, when someone tagged her house. They spray painted the word “Murderer” on her door. She brushed it off as a prank, but now is seeing things differently.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is worried about her and even sent one of his men to guard her house. While he has plenty of enemies, he too believes that she could have been the target.
Additionally, the weapon that was used was a WSB rifle that should have been in lock up in Berlin. This is a key piece of evidence that points to Anna being the intended target of the hit.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Setting A Trap
Anna Devane refuses to just live as a sitting duck, waiting for the moment when someone might attack. As a former agent, she needs to be proactive. She tells Sonny and his son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), that she plans to set a trap for her to-be killer. She will be the bait, to entrap the person who is out to kill her.
While Dante says it is too dangerous, Anna believes it is actually the safest way. Sonny believes that it is the best way to find the person. He promises Anna that he will help in any way that he can.
Dante doesn’t agree with her decision but tells her that he is going to help her. He will keep the information away from PCPD and will help her on his own. Anna tries to turn him down, but he will not be swayed.
