‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggests that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are involved in a very confusing game of cat and mouse. What is going on behind the scenes and can this couple ever trust one another again?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Anna in Trouble
Several things have happened to Anna that are downright terrifying. Her house was tagged, with the word “Murderer” spray painted across her front door.
Then, a shooting at the Metro Court pool seemed to be warning to her. Anna was not hit, but a stray bullet hit Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), changing his life forever.
The shot seemed to be meant for Anna, since the gun was WSB property. Anna used to work for the WSB but turned out to be a double agent. Many people have been angry with her, so it is hard to figure out who could be the one person who is torturing her.
After the bullets miss her at the Metro Court, Valentine returns to town after being gone to Chechnya. He seems to be concerned for her safety, but not as much as someone who really truly cared for her.
Then, arson destroys Anna’s home. Thankfully she wasn’t there, but it was a strong message to her. It was also meant to hurt her because she lost many sentimental things. She has a feeling she is being tortured because if someone really wanted to kill her, they could have succeeded.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Some Lies Bring Suspicion
Valentin has told Anna a few lies, and she knows it. His doesn’t have a solid alibi for some of the times when things have happened to her. She can’t tell why he is lying, but she wants to find out the truth. It is disconcerting for someone she cared about to be dishonest with her.
For his part, Valentin is involved with Pikeman in some way. He connected Pikeman to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). When Anna was being debriefed by the WSB, the agent had the word Pikeman on the folder.
So, the WSB as an agency may have been infiltrated. Valentin may be the one torturing her. But if he is, to what end?
Things are very unclear but at the moment, neither Anna nor Valentin trust one another. She has tailing him and he is catching her lying about it. Do you think Valentin is behind the terrible things Anna has gone through? If not, who do you think is? What should she do about her suspicions?
