‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicates that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may be putting himself in grave danger for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Is he making the right choice? Should he have told Sonny “no”?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Someone Sniffing Around
Thanks to Ava Jerome (Maura West), Sonny heard that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray) was trying to stir up some evidence of Sonny’s connection to Pikeman. Mason even planted a nanny that Ava had to put in place to watch her daughter, Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).
While the nanny was at Sonny’s, she was to dig up some information about Pikeman shipments. When Sonny heard all about this from Ava, he decided to plant some fake information for the nanny. She copied information onto a flash-drive which ended up with Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).
When Austin went to Pentonville to check on patients, the flash-drive was handed to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). It was then passed on to Warden Gartner (Diahnna Nicole Baxter). For some reason, she wants to take Sonny down. She passed this onto the Feds.
The Feds came and arrested Sonny but then all charges were dropped without prejudice since they found that the “evidence” was just coffee beans. They didn’t find any weapons would prove that Sonny had a role smuggling weapons for Pikeman.

Sonny does not know that the flash-drive went to Cyrus. He does not know that the warden has it in for him. He needs to figure out who Mason and Austin funneled the information to inside Pentonville.
Sonny asks Drew if he would be willing to do some snooping for him. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) isn’t thrilled, because she doesn’t want Drew to be in any more danger than he already is. Obviously, if someone is working so hard to take Sonny down, it won’t be all that safe for Drew to work to get a name.
Drew talks to a guard and offers a favor to him in exchange for information on who Austin Gatlin-Holt visited in Pentonville. The problem is, as he asks this of the guard, Cyrus is eavesdropping around the corner. Drew may have just made a new enemy.
Drew saved Cyrus’ life though. When Cyrus was attacked, Drew defended him. Then Drew gave him CPR when Cyrus had a heart attack. Will the face that Cyrus owes Drew one, protect Drew at all? What do you think?
