‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Haley Pullos, who played the original Molly Lansing Davis on the show, is in even more trouble with the law.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Pullos Caused a Near-Fatal Car Accident in April 2023
In April 2023, Pullos was working as a hostess at a popular Los Angeles nightclub called “No Comment” the night she had her near-fatal car accident while intoxicated. The club is being sued now for allowing Pullos to get hammered and drive while drunk.
Reportedly, Pullos’s boss encouraged her to drink at parties, and she also drank heavily with her boss. The club allegedly got her drunk and let her drive.
The suit brought against the lounge is brought by Courtney Wilder, who was the victim seriously injured in the car wreck.
Pullos has played the role of Molly Lansing Davis on the show since she was 11 years old. She is facing DUI and felony charges.
She is charged with a hit and run, which can result in a one-year stint in jail. Altogether, she faces up to four years in prison with two DUI felonies.
Pullos ran into a parked car before driving the wrong way on the freeway, causing the accident. She drove her car westbound on the eastbound 134 freeway and smashed head-on into Wilder’s vehicle.
The impact demolished both cars. Pullos was stuck in the car, and the police had to use “the jaws of life” to get Pullos out of it. According to Wilder, Pullos attacked the first responders who tried to help her.
Pullos screamed at one firefighter, “Get your hands off my $400 f***ing shirt.” Even though she had caused two major accidents, she was more concerned about her clothes than the safety and well-being of others.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Pullos is in Serious Trouble
The police found several mini bottles of tequila and edible marijuana wrappers all over the inside of Pullos’s vehicle. She reportedly reeked of alcohol. Not only did she get drunk and tried to drive home, she had also apparently been drinking behind the wheel.
All of this could have been avoided if the club had tried to get Pullos appropriate and sober transportation and if Pullos had a shred of responsibility.
There had been no plan in place by the lounge to provide Pullos with safe transportation home. The club also allegedly got her drunk to increase their profits.
The new court papers say that the club could have easily had Pullos call for a taxi or an Uber. Instead, they kept the money for themselves and allowed Pullos to endanger her life and the lives of others by driving home drunk.
Pullos entered a luxury rehab in May 2023 in Malibu. She issued a statement saying that she had been involved in an accident but would return to the show as soon as possible.
Wilder is suing the State of California Transportation Department. She claims that the road where the accident occurred was in an unsafe condition, escalating her already intoxicated driving.
Wilder is seeking damages from Pullos and the club for negligence. Pullos has pleaded not guilty to all charges. She may want to change her plea with all the evidence stacked against her.
