Former palace aide Samantha Cohen says she was one of several staffers bullied by Meghan Markle. Samantha explains that she was one of ten aides interviewed by the Palace after there were complaints that Meghan bullied the courtiers.
Meghan Markle Bullied Palace Staff into Submission
Samantha resigned after the Duchess “treated her harshly.” The workers said that the Duchess of Sussex forced two Palace aides out of Kensington Palace days before the infamous Oprah interview in March 2021.
Cohen played an integral role in helping Meghan prepare for a garden party, which was her first attendance as “The Duchess of Sussex.”
Prince Harry and Meghan’s communications secretary, Jason Knauf, told the Palace’s human resources department that Meghan bullied two aides and drove them out of the Palace.
“The Duchess seems intent on always having someone in her sights,”
said Knauf.
“She is bullying (name removed) and seeking to undermine her confidence. We have had report after report from people who have witnessed unacceptable behavior towards (name removed).”
He wrote an e-mail that expressed his worry about Ms. Cohen. In Harry’s book, “Spare,” the Duke slammed the claims that his wife bullied anyone.
However, Meghan’s reputation speaks for itself. The palace staff gave her several unflattering nicknames during her time there. The most prevalent one was “Duchess Difficult.”
Meghan reportedly made a stressed-out aide burst into tears. The Duchess was nasty to the staffer in the weeks before her May 2018 wedding to Harry.
Prince William offered the aide a shoulder to cry on. He empathized,
“I hope you’re ok.”
The aide reportedly “poured her heart out” to the Prince of Wales as he comforted her with his kindness.
The aide said that Meghan rang her every ten minutes, as they were in the middle of dinner at a London restaurant.
“I had to go outside to be screamed at by her and Harry,”
she explained.
Meghan Is “The Most Difficult Woman To Satisfy”
The Duchess allegedly yelled after her,
“I can’t believe you’ve done this. You’ve let me down. What were you thinking?”
“Duchess Difficult” traumatized and frightened the staffer with her temper. Other palace aides said she was the “most difficult woman to satisfy.” She never shied away from being outspoken about her opinions.
Meghan likes to control every situation and control the narrative. She’s the biggest narcissist and even forced Harry to put out a statement saying that the two of them were a couple.
Royal expert Kinsey Schofield said,
“Meghan allegedly treated the staff like they were less than. She was likely insecure over her position and overcompensating because she feared she wouldn’t be taken seriously within the Palace.”
She reportedly criticized the staff in a cold, harsh manner.The workers claimed that Meghan’s bullying and constant complaining reduced most of the staff to tears.
Another former palace employee said that she was “humiliated” by the Duchess. When Meghan was pregnant, she often screamed at the staff if everything didn’t go her way.
Meghan also didn’t seem to understand the purpose of her royal duties. She would say things like,
“I can’t believe I’m not getting paid for this.”
Meghan’s constant complaining, bullying, and putting down others is the stuff of legend.
