Johnny Depp‘s drug abuse was put on full display today in court as Amber Heard’s attorney showed several photos including cocaine on a table and Johnny passed out cold. One photo showed four lines of cocaine cut on a table, along with a glass of whiskey and a Keith Richards CD.
Heard’s attorney Benjamin Rottenborn told the jury that the photos were taken when Depp was filming a documentary about Richards and they were fighting a lot because Johnny believed Amber was cheating.

The picture showing him passed out while he was shooting the film ‘Black Mass’ and he had taken opioids to ‘stay normal’. Another photo showed huge bags of marijuana which were supposedly at a recording studio. Depp isn’t a stranger to talking about his struggles with addiction and in fact, during testimony he admitted he had been hooked on Roxicodone.
However, perhaps the must astonishing were text messages that Amber Heard’s lawyer showed the court with Depp saying he would do terrible things to Amber. There were a string of texts between him and actor Paul Bettany talking about burning Heard’s body.
The texts read, “Lets burn Amber!!!”, however Bettany replied, “Having thought it through I don’t think we should burn Amber, she’s delightful company and easy on the eye, plus I’m not sure she’s a witch. We could of course try the English course of action in these predicaments- we do a drowning test. Thoughts?”
Depp texted back, “Let’s drown her before we burn her!! I will f–k her her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead…”
Bettany responded, “My thoughts entirely! Lets be CERTAIN before we pronounce her a witch.”
Certainly shocking to hear and perhaps Depp isn’t nearly as innocent as many fans want him to be.
