Drake Bell has dropped some huge news after confirming that he has welcomed a newborn son and that he has been married secretly to Janet Von Schmeling.
Drake Bell Announces He Was Secretly Married And Introduces His New Son
This is the first child for the couple together, and it marks a crucial step in their relationship, which has been hidden from the public for the last three years. But now it seems to be the right time to share the news with the whole world.
In a post to his fans on Twitter, Drake said: “I have been married for almost three years, and we are blessed to be the parents of a wonderful son. Thank you very much to all my fans around the world for your good wishes.”
And the couple have already begun to make as many memories as possible. Just recently, they were spotted hanging out at Disney Land together with their son. In the picture here, we can see Drake and Janet dressed up in some Mickey Mouse clothing as they take a stroll with their baby in the pram.
They are enjoying the sites and could not look any happier. Despite the moment of happiness, Drake did receive a lot of backlash on social media in light of his personal troubles. He was recently arrested on the grounds of endangering a minor after he had reportedly met a 15-year-old who had attended a nightclub.
And fans have not forgotten the fact that he may pose a danger to minors. This is not going to disappear, all of a sudden, given the fact that he has become a father for the first time.
According to the court documents at the time, the charges were serious: “The former Nickelodeon star was arrested in Ohio this week. One charge of attempted child endangerment and one charge of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.”
But if there is anything that can make Drake turn his life fully around, then it can only be fatherhood. He has the chance to teach his son the value of being careful in the public eye and avoid making those same mistakes that have become so synonymous with his own life.
