‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers suggest that fans should have their tissues on hand, as the next two weeks in Salem will focus on the dual tribute to John Black and his late portrayer, Drake Hogestyn.
The soap has been leading up to this for months, and yet dangled hope in front of us that maybe Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John’s loved ones would get a happy ending. Unfortunately, it’s going to be a tear-jerker. Here are the Days spoilers for June 2nd to 13th.
‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Week Of June 2nd to 6th
Marlena is by John’s side as the love of her life passes away. John’s loved ones are in shock when they learn about his death. Marlena is obviously heartbroken and inconsolable.
Knowing it’s what John would have wanted, Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) and Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) decide to move full steam ahead with their wedding plans.
After John’s tragic outcome, Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) loved ones receive the miracle they have been praying for as Bo finally comes out of his coma.
Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) return to Salem to find Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) smitten with Cat Greene (AnnaLynn McCord).
Of course, a sanctimonious Jennifer will be judgmental and harsh when it comes to Cat, as she posed as the late Abigail DiMera (last played by Marci Miller) when she first arrived in town.
Chad can see past Cat’s mistakes as the two of them go on the costly date EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) paid for.

John’s funeral serves as a moving dedication to our favorite hero as the soap honors both John and Drake. It’s going to be heartbreaking, and the tears shed by the characters truly reflect how the actors feel about Hogestyn.
The show will feature some powerful episodes involving John that also serve as a tribute to Drake, so look for several memorable flashbacks and touching scenes.
Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) returns to Salem, and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) will arrive shortly after. What trouble will they cook up when they come back?
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) makes a shocking discovery. Will he learn that Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) saw him come into the DiMera mansion the night EJ was shot as he pointed a gun at his father?
Days leakers claim Johnny isn’t responsible for almost killing EJ. Did Rachel shoot her uncle and is trying to frame Johnny for the crime?
That being said, suspicion is cast upon Johnny, and he’ll have a tough time explaining his actions. We suspect he came into the mansion and threatened EJ, but we don’t think he pulled the trigger.
The residents of Salem will be busy for the next couple of weeks. You don’t want to miss a single moment of the action!
